Our business relationship is sourced in a mutual respect for each others time. When you set up a facial time with me, I believe this appointment is as much a priority for you as it is for me. So I have grace if your schedule changes, or you get sick. Please reach out to me as soon as possible to change your appointment time without fees. The more time you can give me the easier chance I will have to give that appointment to someone else who was sick last week! This is an ebb and flow of all of our schedules. ;-)
If traffic puts you a couple minutes behind, I understand that headache! I have a 15min window that allows for those moments. Just beware, your treatment time will be cut short. Unfortunately, if you are more than 15min late, your appointment will be cancelled.
If your schedule is so chaotic, that you are occasionally more than 15min late and/or you don't call me and don't show up for your scheduled appointments, I will ask that no future appointments be scheduled until your life settles down. With the best of intentions, there is a season for everything.

When and why should I reschedule my appointment?
SICKNESS: Any chest or sinus cold, cough, fever, glassy eyes within the last 48hours. Why reschedule? *To protect me and the other Flourish clients from catching your cold. *I do a lot of flushing of your lymph system during your treatment, I would hate to advance the cold into a more serious condition with your compromised immune system.
COLD SORES: Any cold sores on your mouth or face within 1 week of coming to the surface. Why reschedule? Cold sores are highly contagious. If I touch the cold sore during the treatment, it can spread across your entire face.
Extreme weather happens in the PNW...sometimes
SNOW, WIND & RAIN, Oh My!! A mostly mild climate sometimes brings unexpected weather! Our local newscasters love to create headlines with their forecasts. So I will never cancel your facial appointments for a 'pending storm'. I will never cancel your facial simply because the schools have closed. BUT, your and my safety is my TOP concern! You and I will begin our communication with the announcement of a pending storm and make the best decision to travel for the facial appointment the morning of your scheduled treatment.
Redeeming an expired gift certificate:
Your loved one gave you a gift of healing love from me! That is beautiful! We want you to use the gift, so though there is an expiration date on your gift certificate, I will extend the date for a reasonable time. Gifts are better used sooner than later so reach out to me to find a perfect treatment time.
I want to schedule a facial, I just don't know which to choose!
The Olalani Healing Facials are the perfect treatment for all. After a detailed skin analysis and careful consideration of your stress levels that day, I will create a perfect facial treatment that meets you where you are today. I have more questions, what is the best way to contact Holly?
Because the person in front of me is always the priority, it will be really hard to get a hold of me via phone. Text me to get quick answers between appointments or to schedule a phone call appointment at the end of my day. I thank you for your understanding and flexibility and I know you will feel the benefit of my being totally present during your facial treatment.
Since you are so busy, why do you only offer treatments three/four days a week?
I love offering facial treatments with all of my heart! What gives me just as much joy is sharing that passion with other estheticians and spas in the local area. For two days a week, I am committed as an Eminence Oregon Training Specialist and get to educate, motivate and encourage other Eminence estheticians and spa partners in their businesses.
Can I buy Eminence when you are unavailable?
Yes! Erin, the receptionist at Flourish, is generally there Tuesday-Friday each week and can sell your favorite products in my absence. She may refer you back to me if you have detailed questions on which one to purchase since she doesn't have the same experience and training as I do.
What is this spot on my skin?
As a Holistic Licensed Esthetician, I am not allowed to diagnose, prescribe or treat skin conditions or diseases. I have been trained to recognize symptoms and may refer you to your general practitioner or dermatologist to look at the symptoms closer. I choose the products to use on your skin based on your skin type and the skin concerns that you have brought to my attention to address.
